Founder, Chief Consultant
Daily Works founder and principal owner Shaunna Tyus understands your world. With nearly 20 years in corporate human resources, she knows workplace and employees matters.
Shaunna discovered her affinity for creating ideal work environments upon participating with AT&T’s Workplace for the Future initiative. That event not only showed her how workplace changes affect employees’ psyche and performance, but it also prompted her to switch careers from accounting to human resources.
ADT Security Services’ call center and later the Georgia Transmission Corporation subsequently benefited from Shaunna’s passion. She honed and dedicated 18 years collectively with both companies, developing and advancing virtually all facets of HR dynamics.
Armed with top certifications and her master’s degree in human resources, Shaunna is fully equipped to help your small-to-midsized business’s HR needs.
