Shaunna discovered her affinity for creating ideal work environments upon participating with AT&T’s Workplace for the Future initiative. That event not only showed her how workplace changes affect employees’ psyche and performance, but it also prompted her to switch careers from accounting to human resources.
ADT Security Services’ call center and later the Georgia Transmission Corporation subsequently benefited from Shaunna’s passion. She honed and dedicated 18 years collectively with both companies, developing and advancing virtually all facets of HR dynamics.
